Open Registration (for everyone) began Monday, August 23. Fall classes will begin Monday, September 13, 2010. Registrations will not be accepted after September 30.
Fall Tuition is $170 for one child, $128 for a second child (sibling), and $108 for a third child (sibling) for a 10-week session. Baby siblings 9 months or younger (born after 12/12/09) may participate free ~ but please include your "freebie baby" on your registration form. Tuition (for the first child in each family) includes 2 professionally recorded CD's and a songbook which contains music and activity suggestions for each song. Make-Up classes can be arranged, based on availability, with a maximum 3 per child per term.
A withdrawal fee of $15 will be charged between August 23 and September 7. If you withdraw after September 7, a "partial refund" of $5 for each remaining week of class (plus $37 materials fee if you have not yet received them) will be given. A $30 fee will be charged for a non-sufficient funds check.
If the class you'd hoped to attend is already full, feel free to list that class as your First Choice class on your Registration Form. Then, if you list an open class as your Second Choice, you can complete your registration; you will be registered for your Second Choice AND wait-listed for your First Choice. Or, if there is literally only one class you can attend conveniently, you can register for that one full class by selecting "Pay Later" and will be wait-listed. Withdrawals are not common, but sometimes families change classes and leave openings for people on the waiting list.
You will receive an automated confirmation email. PLEASE NOTE: THE AUTOMATED CONFIRMATION IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING YOUR REGISTRATION IS YOUR ONLY CONFIRMATION LETTER. If you are placed in your 2nd choice class, the confirmation clearly states that you are registered for your 2nd choice class and have been wait-listed for your full 1st choice class...BUT if you are placed in your 1st choice class, the confirmation simply includes a chart with both your 1st and 2nd choice classes listed.
If you pay online, your registration process is complete. If you opt to "Pay Later," your space will be held for 5 days, allowing you time to mail a payment to Musicmakers. Once payment is received, I will send a confirmation of registration by email. Payments should be mailed to Musicmakers, P.O. Box 5313, Northville MI 48167-5313, with checks payable to Musicmakers.
If you experience difficulty paying through PayPal, you have several options. (1) Take the "Pay Later" option and mail a check right away. (2) Try again, perhaps with a different credit card. (3) Contact PayPal for your account information.
Please check the Calendar Page for more details about Fall Term 2010. If Musicmakers must cancel a class this fall, the class will be taught at the usual day & time during Make-Up Week, November 29-December 3.
